1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (\u201cGTC\u201d) apply both to accommodation and to all services provided by the accommodation facility operator.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1.2 Guests are advised, in their own interest, to become acquainted with these GTC before they book a reservation. The accommodation facility operator reserves the right to change the GTC unilaterally, where any change thereto will be effective when it has been published on the accommodation facility operator\u00b4s website. If a guest does not agree to any of the provisions in the GTC, the accommodation facility operator will ask them not to use their services. By confirming their booking, the guest expressly agrees, without reservation, to the accommodation facility operator\u00b4s GTC.<\/p>\n

The portal www.tatryresort.sk<\/a> offers the possibility of booking short-term accommodation in cottages and in various prices and apartments.<\/p>\n

2. BOOKINGS, CONTRACTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE OPERATOR<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.1 Bookings can be phoned, emailed, or made either through accommodation portals or by filling in the reservation form on the accommodation facility operator\u00b4s website.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.2 If a booking is phoned, emailed or made through the accommodation facility\u2019s reservation form, an offer will be sent to the email address the guest provides. Unless the guest responds to the accommodation facility\u2019s offer within 24 hours, there will no longer be an obligation to provide the guest with service.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.3 Written confirmation of the booking by the accommodation facility constitutes the conclusion of a contract between the guest and the accommodation facility and carries the weight thereof. A verbal agreement or confirmation of a booking carries no such weight.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.4 Each accommodated guest is required to comply with the accommodation facility\u2019s rules and the GTC and, by booking at an accommodation facility, the guest confirms that they have read the rules and the GTC and fully agrees with them.<\/p>\n

2.5 Unless precluded by the nature of the case, the provisions of this article of the GTC also apply to accommodation conditions of groups, provided the accommodated guest and the person who has made the group booking are jointly and severally liable to the accommodation facility and will follow its accommodation rules while they are accommodated there.<\/p>\n

3. PAYMENT TERMS AND RATES<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.1 For the accommodation and services provided, the client is obliged to pay the price in accordance with the valid price list of the accommodation facility. The client is obliged to pay a deposit for the stay in the amount of 50% to 100% and pay for the stay no later than on the day of the stay, unless the accommodation facility has agreed otherwise with the client. Prices vary depending on the season and type of accommodation. Account or the invoice for the stay is due when it is presented to the client.<\/p>\n

3.2 The current prices of the accommodation facility for the provided accommodation services are available on accommodation portals and on the website www.tatryresorts.sk<\/a>Individual prices are mostly set as the price for 1 night + possible surcharges for local tax, wood for the fireplace or an animal, or other services.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.3 The customer has the option of paying the amount due in several ways, e.g. by credit card, bank payment buttons via the payment gateway, or by transfer to the company's account or by another method offered via the reservation form on the website www.tatryresort.sk<\/a> through which the accommodation is booked. Provider of the payment gateway: the company Comgate, a.s. https:\/\/www.comgate.cz\/cz\/platebni-brana<\/a><\/p>\n

3.4 The accommodation facility, as a service provider, has the right to change the published prices, while they become valid at the moment of publication on the accommodation portals and website of the accommodation facility.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3.5 In the event that the advance payment for the ordered service is not paid on time, the accommodation facility has the right to cancel the reservation and thereby withdraw from the contract. Cancellation fees are not affected by withdrawal from the contract.<\/p>\n
